Your AI can act. Beacon lets it know.

Your company is filling up with agentic AI — sales agent builders, support agents, finance copilots, Claude, and whatever arrives next. Every one of them acts on your company. Today they act on exports, lookups and guesses. Connected to Beacon, they act on the complete lifecycle: sealed figures, predictive revenue paths, full lifecycle economics — every value served with its origin, freshness and confidence attached. Beacon is not another agent. It's what your agents were missing: foundational intelligence.

The fact

Agents now touch pricing, pipeline, customers and cash — at machine speed, across dozens of specialized systems.

The cause

Each one reads its own slice: a CRM export here, a billing lookup there. No official definition, no freshness, no seal, no lifecycle context.

The consequence

Confident wrongness, multiplied by every agent you add. The stack gets more capable and less coherent at the same time.

The design answer

One governed source of company intelligence that any AI can read — and none can distort.

A worked example

A sales agent builder, before and after Beacon.

Say you run a specialized system for building sales agents — lead generation, CRM hygiene, outreach. Capable agents, blind agents: they see contacts and activities, but not what a customer is worth, which segments end profitably, or what the company is steering toward.

The lead-gen agent

Asks Beacon which segments' full lifecycle ends above the margin line — and hunts those. Right-fit stops being a brief nobody reads; it's the data the agent runs on.

The CRM-cleaning agent

Reads what the forecast actually needs — the missing close dates and stale fields that most raise confidence before the next seal — and works that list first, not alphabetical order.

The outreach agent

Drafts against the projected path of the account — expansion propensity, renewal risk, price guardrails — so what it proposes fits what the company committed to.

Every agent still acts in its own system, under its own rules, built by its own maker. Beacon executed nothing. It made them knowing — acting on complete lifecycle data instead of a slice.

How intelligence flows

From Beacon to every non-human reader you run.

01 · Connect

A grant, not a project

You decide what a connected AI may read — which metric families, which segments, sealed-only or live, how fresh — in a guided form, in plain words. Revocable any time. No credentials of yours ever touch the agent; no integration project, no consultants.

02 · Ask

Open protocols

Agents and models read Beacon over the open protocols the AI ecosystem already speaks — including MCP — plus a versioned read interface for BI, planning systems and anything else. If it can use tools, it can read Beacon.

03 · Receive

Values arrive dressed

Every figure comes wrapped: definition and version, source state, computed-when, freshness, sealed-or-live, confidence, data class. Never a bare number, never computed on request — the same figure your CEO sees, served.

04 · Act — and the loop closes

No write path needed

The agent acts in its own system. Its results land in the CRM, the billing, the campaign data — which Beacon already reads. The outcome flows back into the same measured loop, without the layer ever accepting a write.

What's served

The intelligence, not the data swamp.

  • Sealed metrics — the official figures, as they stood at any decision, replayable.
  • Predictive revenue paths — segment and account trajectories with honest confidence.
  • Lifecycle economics — what a customer, deal, cohort or campaign is worth end-to-end.
  • Published definitions — what every metric means, versioned, readable by machines and people.
  • Events — a seal published, a guardrail crossed — so agents act on the moment, not on polling.

Raw invoices and line items are not served — they stay in your source systems. Beacon serves meaning, not a second warehouse.

Read-only, forever

There is no write path through the layer. Nothing an agent does can alter a figure, a seal, or a grant.

Never computed on request

The layer serves what the deterministic engine already produced. Ask twice — any agent, any hour — same number twice.

A fixed ceiling

External readers get sealed figures only. Restricted data is never in any default. Requests beyond the ceiling are refused and logged.

One schema for all of them

Every AI you connect reads the same standardized lifecycle data model — so your agents stop disagreeing with each other about what's true.

For your AI infrastructure

Not just agents — anything non-human that reasons about your company.

Assistants & models

Claude and any model with tool use can answer from the official figures — your internal copilots stop improvising numbers.

BI & planning

Dashboards and planning models read the governed schema directly — one meaning, no private versions of the truth.

Automations & pipelines

Workflows branch on served, sealed values with provenance — auditable by construction, not by screenshot.

More connected. Not more exposed.

Every connection is a grant you gave, serving sealed figures inside their envelopes, under a ceiling that never moves. That's what makes it safe for Beacon to be the intelligence under your whole AI stack — and what makes an AI stack built on Beacon worth trusting. That includes agents you build yourself, inside Beacon — same ceiling, same rulebook.
